Develop knowledge to define and train the role of the Bricofer director
To align skills and develop knowledge related to the role of the Bricofer director, we proceeded with the analysis of the processes that governed the company at the time of the intervention. To create a snapshot of the current process, we proceeded with several moments of discussion with the panel of directors representing the company, in order to define focal points necessary for the figure such as empathy and motivational leadership towards his team. Furthermore, in a logic of continuous learning, the director has been trained to be able to transfer knowledge and best practices to his work group.
Based on the specific needs of the customer, we proceeded with the creation of tailor-made training contents that can be used both from a purely theoretical side and from an interactive perspective.
To achieve these objectives, several web-based events were planned which covered various training topics. In particular, the training sessions focused on market trends and the related key components, the organization and management of one’s working time and of the coordinated team. Infine, abbiamo lavorato al fine di trasferire competenze pratiche nella risoluzione di situazioni critiche in un’ottica costruttiva e a lungo termine.
In parallel with the training activity, interactive project works were created to stimulate learning through concrete examples and simulations that recalled the participants’ working practices. At the end of the training session, the results of the project work that trained the Bricofer directors to represent the different product families present in the company offer were shared.
