We rely on certified methods to analyze the behavioral style of Human Resources. We verify managerial skills, leadership, and the alignment of human resources with the competency model defined by the company. We manage surveys on staff satisfaction regarding the work environment. The model allows to highlight both the natural, spontaneous, and instinctive behavior of a person (base style), and the way in which they present themselves to others in a given work environment (adapted style).
