Build a model to update the skills of the Pinko sales network in the role of Store Managers. The aim of the training was to enhance the networking skills of the participants and develop their micro-entrepreneurship skills, increasing engagement and a sense of belonging to the company.
We have redesigned the processes and skills relating to the role of Store Managers. The project was inaugurated by activities carried out in the laboratory by the best performing Store Managers of the Pinko sales network, and was then extended to all the relevant figures of the 55 sales points across the country.
The training modules were delivered during the in-person workshops, then re-proposed in the form of digital pills. Particular attention was paid to planning and time management processes and to strengthening digital attitude with a view to integrating physical and digital. Through specific learning models, we worked with the Pinko Team on the networking ability of each Store Manager, in order to develop skills and accentuate individual predispositions for creating positive connections with the external ecosystem.
With a view to personalization and active participation, each Store Manager has been trained in the ability to convey information in an engaging and incisive way, creating multimedia content in the form of videos. The latter were produced both before and after the training, in order to evaluate the level of progress of each participant.
During all training modules, we constantly communicated with the team via instant messaging systems, in order to share progress, documents and information important for training purposes. Finally, to consolidate the activities carried out during the laboratory, the course was closed with the administration of questionnaires to all participants.
